As to if it works on non-steam versions of the game, I assume it does but can not be 100% sure you are best to wait for someone else to respond about that.

The hack works on my cracked non-steam CS:S, but I can't guarantee if it works on your version. It's assumed that it will work, but it's not 100% safe to say...

If the non steam version is currently updated and uses the same addresses as the real version it will be fine.
I'm wonder how you don't know what steam is and why you would buy hacks for non steam.

maybe he's playin' on a secure LAN server oMg..if that's possible... let him buy vip sub, i couldn't care less if he don't need this on non secure servers, but i think he just want to try it out or smth or he just fool around o_0 so, TRY then BUY, that's the ticket ^^
