Forum refactoring
I've decided to move ALOT of inactive and unused forums. we now left with only sales desk, trading and public cheats.
General chat, media, introductions etc all moved into Trash folder.
Cheat submission forum added(threads, rules, guidelines will be added soon)
Apache configuration tweak (should make the site load faster)
Few other things.

It's because all the non-VIP 'chat' forums were moved into an old archive as they were very inactive.
