Anyone into freediving
Is anyone here into free diving? I have recently gotten into it. I have LOADS of water experience and love exploring caves and small ship wrecks. I live in California, Coronado so there is not much of that around here but we do have allot of huge kelp beds that are fun to explore. I personally don't like to do the record type stuff but my personal record for breath holding was 4:27.
This is the video that got me into it, its pretty crazy and you guys should check it out.

From 0:40 it gets good.

well there is a trick to hold urr breath like 20 secs longer its not the lack of oxygen that makes u crazy its the buildup of carbon dioxide so take really short breath really fast rlike hyperventalating then go under water youll be able to hold your breath about 20 secs longer
